The order number is for the bare PCB.

Banana connectors for power supply and other connections are low cost Chinese type.

The IC is mounted in the center. The horizontal solder islands on each side are electrically connected.
Because pin numbers of the IC is unknown, you can write the numbering on the white field, or write the pin functions there.
K, L and M are random connections, one could ne used for negative power supply
In V+ a 3mm LED can be connected, with anti parallel diode.
