When ordering, specify what rectifier you want to use from the table below

Possible rectifiers, when you use the appropiate socket, and / or appropiate filament series resistors.	80,280, 380, 274A, 5Z3. 	Older kits were supplied with a 5U4G rectifier, but many other rectifiers are possible. Newer models will be supplied with the "80" Rectifier. What you see pictured here is the type 280. This requires a UX4 socket to b emounted instead of the original Octal socket.
	Here you see the type 80 tube in action. This is the same tube as the 280, but the type 80 has shouldered glass.

	Here is another interesting tube used, it is the RGN1064. When using the Mesh version, it needs to be selected for not sparking at switch-on.
